+ SALEM MEDICAL CENTER
A new chapter.
Brought to life across the brand.
Brand Implementation, Campaigns & Ongoing Communications
When Salem Memorial Hospital became Salem Medical Center, the organization needed more than a new name and logo. It needed a clear, professional way to introduce the transition, communicate with staff and the community, and carry the new identity across real-world touchpoints.
ZEUS SUPPORTED THE BRAND THROUGH:
Environmental Graphics
Elevator Door Graphics
Monthly Newsletters
Billboards
Anniversary Campaigns
Posters & Print Communications
+ THE NEED
A change in ownership and the transition from Salem Memorial Hospital to Salem Medical Center created an important communication moment.
The organization needed to introduce a “new beginning” while maintaining confidence and familiarity for employees, patients, and the surrounding community. At the same time, the new identity had to work across very different applications — from large-scale environmental graphics to recurring internal communications.
+ THE APPROACH
Kirsten took the existing Salem Medical Center identity and translated it across the places people would actually encounter the brand.
That included lobby and elevator graphics announcing the transition, billboard creative, banners, and a recurring monthly newsletter distributed throughout the hospital and online.
+ THE RESULT
The work gave Salem Medical Center a consistent visual language for a period of meaningful change.
Instead of treating the new identity, internal communications, and anniversary campaign as separate pieces, Zeus helped connect them into a broader story — one that introduced the hospital’s next chapter while still respecting the history behind it.
The result was a flexible system that could support everything from everyday communications to major public-facing moments.
